Very easy process. From estimate to job completion the process was easy. I actually never got to meet any of the workers. A couple of phone calls a few emails and now my tree is gone

The Advanced Tree Care crew pruned four of our large trees and removed a few others; we were extremely impressed with the quality of their work and the care they took throughout the process. They exceeded our expectations in every way, were polite, professional, and highly knowledgeable, taking the time to answer all of our questions. Our yard looks fantastic, and the trees have a beautifully maintained appearance; we will definitely hire them again!

We called after a storm and a city tree fell into our backyard. We were super impressed with the company’s willingness to help us as soon as possible. They arrived on time, explained what they were going to do and did an excellent job. The area was cleaned up very nicely. We would highly recommend Advanced Tree Care’s services again.

I highly recommend Advanced Tree Care! From the initial booking through the office to the email and text reminders and updates regarding the crew’s arrival time, the entire process was excellent and very well organized.

Chris, Braeden and Sid did a wonderful job at my home. I was genuinely impressed by their knowledge, skill and professionalism. Watching them work their way safely into the mature trees and carefully trim what needed to be done, while preserving the health and structure of the trees, was fascinating.

I actually asked Chris if they minded me watching for a while because I was genuinely fascinated by the skill involved in working at such heights. It wasn't about overseeing the work at all—I was simply amazed watching them do what they do. They made something that I know is an incredibly difficult and dangerous job look almost effortless, and it gave me an even greater appreciation for the expertise involved.

Chris was also wonderful about checking in with me after each tree to make sure I was happy with what had been removed and asking whether I wanted or needed anything further taken out. I really appreciated being included in the process and having the opportunity to make sure the finished result was exactly what I wanted.

The crew also did an excellent job cleaning everything up when they were finished. You would hardly know they had been here!

Overall, I was extremely pleased with the entire experience, from the office communication to the work itself. A huge thank you to Chris, Braeden and Sid for doing such a fantastic job. I would definitely recommend Advanced Tree Care and this team to anyone looking for professional, knowledgeable and reliable tree care.
