We called after a storm and a city tree fell into our backyard. We were super impressed with the company’s willingness to help us as soon as possible. I highly recommend Advanced Tree Care! From the initial booking through the office to the email and text reminders and updates regarding the crew’s arrival time, the entire process was excellent and very well organized. Chris, Braeden and Sid did a wonderful job at my home. I was genuinely impressed by their knowledge, skill and professionalism. Watching them work their way safely into the mature trees and carefully trim what needed to be done, while preserving the health and structure of the trees, was fascinating. I actually asked Chris if they minded me watching for a while because I was genuinely fascinated by the skill involved in working at such heights. It wasn't about overseeing the work at all—I was simply amazed watching them do what they do. They made something that I know is an incredibly difficult and dangerous job look almost effortless, and it gave me an even greater appreciation for the expertise involved. Chris was also wonderful about checking in with me after each tree to make sure I was happy with what had been removed and asking whether I wanted or needed anything further taken out. I really appreciated being included in the process and having the opportunity to make sure the finished result was exactly what I wanted. The crew also did an excellent job cleaning everything up when they were finished. You would hardly know they had been here! Overall, I was extremely pleased with the entire experience, from the office communication to the work itself. A huge thank you to Chris, Braeden and Sid for doing such a fantastic job. We arranged to have Advanced Tree Care attend at our Clients Cottage in Innisfill. From the time they arrive to the time they left. I was highly impressed by the professionalism and the care that they took with our clients property. They left the property, extremely tidy and free of any debris and the result of the Vista pruning was exceptional and made a huge difference. I would highly recommend advanced tree care. Advanced Tree Company performed trimming and pruning of two 35 years old trees in the backyard of my house. I want to thank the  Advance Tree Company (owner Kevin) and the team for providing first class service,  and executing quality and diligent on-site work. Also a big thank you for their office staff (Christine) for her superb coordination and responses. Communication was seamless, they were quick to respond, deeply knowledgeable, and kept me updated throughout the process.
