They did exactly what I needed and showed up even though the weather was awful.  There was a whole crew that took care of some really large high limbs and some thinning out of diseased trees. Earlier this year I used a local company and they overcharged me, said they would be back to cleanup and never did and left their equipment in my backyard for over a week. I left for work in the morning with a tree next to the house, and by the time I was home they were just finishing the cleanup.
