Due to the nature of our work here at Advanced Tree Care, we are considered an Essential Service Provider by the Provincial Government. During this time, our focus will be exclusively on projects that are either emergencies or safety concerns. We will continue to provide these services to residential and municipal clients until otherwise instructed.
Advanced Tree Care is taking great pride in maintaining excellent service to our customers, while keeping safety a priority at this difficult time.
We want to keep our customers and team of arborists safe and limit risk of exposure to the COVID-19 virus while still maintaining excellent service.
To reduce risk of exposure to COVID-19 for our customers and team or arborists, we have implemented new policies during this time.
These contain but are not limited to:
- Employees may self-isolate if they feel they cannot practice adequate social distancing in the normal course of work, for whatever reason.
- Employees returning from out-of-country must self-isolate for 14 days upon their return.
- Workers arriving on-site may take multiple ATC vehicles to ensure adequate social distancing and non-contact.
- Hand sanitizer will be provided on all work vehicles.
- Clients will be contacted via phone or email, rather than at the door if possible.
- Clients may decline or postpone our services should they wish.
- Employees are being asked to practice social distancing and risk-reducing hygiene at home and to extend this to their families as well.
We are doing our utmost best to take all precautions in compliance with the guidelines being provided by Public Health Ontario and Canada.
We are constantly monitoring for updates and will reflect them as soon as possible on an ongoing basis.
